Idaho's ONLY Registered Diplomate Reporter
Lori Pulsifer, in 2008, earned the designation of Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR), the highest designation granted by the National Court Reporters Association. Lori is the owner of QnA Court Reporting, LLC, and has been reporting for 21 years.To receive the professional distinction of RDR, a court reporter must capture and convert the spoken word at speeds up to 260 words per minute, must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the profession, must maintain membership in NCRA and participate in continuing education programs.
Prior to sitting for the comprehensive RDR examination, a court reporter must already have passed the Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) exam and the Registered Merit Reporter (RMR) exam. The top five percent of reporters nationwide have achieved RMR status, and only the top one percent of reporters nationwide have achieved the distinction of RDR. Currently, Lori is the only RDR in the state of Idaho.
Ms. Pulsifer is also a Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), and she has been licensed as an Idaho Certified Shorthand Reporter (Idaho CSR No. 354) since 1987.

Jeana Reiner, Certified Shorthand Reporter, is a deposition reporter with QnA Court Reporting, LLC.
Jeana's experience in the court reporting field over the past eighteen years covers a variety of areas, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction, and complex commercial litigation.
Many states, including Idaho, require that all individuals practicing court reporting must first pass a written knowledge examination and successfully demonstrate their shorthand proficiency at speeds up to 225 words per minute.
Jeana has successfully passed all examinations required for professional court reporters in Idaho and California and currently holds Idaho CSR No. 711 and California CSR No. 8559.
Ms. Reiner is a member of the National Court Reporters Association.
